So me and my fiancé came here looking for an engagement ring and Ed was the one that helped us he listened to all of our questions and was able to answer them. I have a very old watch and it has sentimental value to me. The crystal broke, and needed to be replaced. They ordered me a new one, and had it repaired in a flash! They understood what it meant to me and handled it with TLC. I am very thankful the a job well done! I highly recommend them!!!
