Ed was extremely helpful when my fiancé and I went in to pick out the engagement ring. Ed listened to what I was looking for and showed us many options. I ended up with a ring I always imaged. The warranty is amazing, we brought it in to add beads and they also cleaned it. We left with a extremely shiny ring. We are extremely pleased with the service. Ed is wonderful
