This was my second time bringing my cross pendant to them. Every few years the hoop wears out and I have to get it repaired. I would definitely trust them. Not only do they take care, they listen to how important the piece is. Weather it’s your very first piece, given to you, or inherited. The piece will never leave the shop. 10 out of 10 would recommend
