Today I had brought in what I thought was a hopeless, tangled mess of necklaces. I was greeted by a kind gentleman eager to help and introduced me to Carley. She helped untangle the chains with such grace and precision for over 20 min. Never once displaying frustration. She was completely focused and genuinely happy to help. As I watched and other customers came in, each person was greeted with a warm welcome as though you are a friend or family member they had not seen in awhile. There is zero judgement and genuinely happy and eager to help crew which is so hard to find.
