Excellent service! I used to visit them in the Umall for jewelry repair, they were a small operation with limited space for retail. Their new space is lovely, with lots of sparkly goodies. I stopped in with a tangled fine gauge gold chain necklace. A clerk was working with a couple, but Collette, who was clearly on a lunch break came over to help me. She detangled my necklace within minutes and refused any payment. This kind of customer service is rare and very much appreciated.
