I needed to get my gf’s necklace chain replaced and after leaving the mall, I realized I should have gotten the pendant cleaned. I realized After Midnite was across the street, so I called to see if they could accommodate me for a quick cleaning, and I caught them right before closing. Got my pendant inspected and cleaned promptly and was on my way. Thank you guys!

My experiences with After Midnight have been nothing less than excellent. I was greeted with a warm, welcoming smile and a friendly “hello” by all staff members. I was helped by Cassie Pawul who was very generous and went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied with my service. She was very knowledgeable about the Troll Beads she was selling and made sure I found exactly what I wanted. It was a very friendly encounter.

I had a fantastic experience! Edwin was very helpful and knowledgeable about having my grandmother’s ring resized for my wedding band. We always have the best experiences there and are always treated wonderfully! Thank you for continuing to provide Vermont with such exceptional services! We look forward to seeing the new location!

After searching for jewelers that offered custom jewelry design service, by chance I discovered After Midnight Jewelers in Vermont, and made contact with Amy. She was willing to take the time over the phone to learn about my project, and even helped me to appraise the new piece of jewelry we manufactured together. Couldn’t of been happier with the service and quality, Bravo!

These guys have been AMAZING over the past 4 years of working with them! First it was the engagement ring. Then the wedding bands and lastly my 1year anniversary ring that matches my wedding band and rounds out my finished product of a ring! So me and my fiancé came here looking for an engagement ring and Ed was the one that helped us he listened to all of our questions and was able to answer them. My fiancé and I worked with Collette Arnold, she was knowledgeable and showed us exactly what we wanted!! She kept in contact the entire time to check in and ask if we needed anything else! The night my fiancé proposed, the ring was a bit big, we walked in and they sized it right then and there for us in 20 minutes, it was wonderful! We love After Midnight Jewelers and we highly recommend them!

My boyfriend had bought my a beautiful diamond necklace for my birthday and I wanted the chain shortened to 16inch instead of the 18inch it was at. I went right in to the store today and the on spot jeweler fixed my chain the way I wanted it while I was looking around the store! Also the crew who works here are very professional and always so very kind. Always a great experience here!

My Fiancé and I worked with Collette at AMJ to re-fresh a family heirloom ring to be our own. After one appointment with Collette we had a few custom designs in mind and were amazed to see they had digital models of the customized rings within a day! The entire customization process was so much easier and quicker than we expected, and we couldn’t be happier with how the ring turned out! So many thanks to Collette for all the tips, design ideas, and customer service along the way.

The husband and I got married this past July and I know this review is a bit late but we came to this beautiful store and had an amazing experience and got my husbands ring in a short amount of time and it was not too pricey either! The customer service was amazing and if ever I need any beautiful jewelry I know where to go and I recommend this place 100%!

Collette was AMAZING to work with! She was very attentive to us as soon as we walked in and kept a very good secret when my fiancé came in to get my engagement ring! She has kept in contact and is super easy to get ahold of with questions. Ed was extremely helpful when my fiancé and I went in to pick out the engagement ring. Ed listened to what I was looking for and showed us many options. I ended up with a ring I always imaged. The warranty is amazing, we brought it in to add beads and they also cleaned it. We left with a extremely shiny ring. We are extremely pleased with the service. Ed is wonderful

The owner, Ed, was phenomenal to work with! It was refreshing to receive such an honest opinion about picking out a wedding band that went well with my engagement ring, no upselling or quick sell. He went above and beyond and took the time to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I truly appreciated his professionalism and going the extra mile for us!

Excellent service! I used to visit them in the Umall for jewelry repair, they were a small operation with limited space for retail. Their new space is lovely, with lots of sparkly goodies. I stopped in with a tangled fine gauge gold chain necklace. A clerk was working with a couple, but Collette, who was clearly on a lunch break came over to help me. She detangled my necklace within minutes and refused any payment. This kind of customer service is rare and very much appreciated.

Collette was extremely helpful with selecting and ordering my wedding ring. The ring arrived in a short amount of time and was too small for whatever reason. I brought the ring back to be re sized and they were able to do it on the spot and I was able to walk out with a ring that fits. Very happy with the ring, definitely recommend After Midnight

My eight year old son put a mood ring on the wrong finger. We were unable to get it off. We called After Midnight Jewelers and they said come on in. When we arrived, they asked to see the patient and very calmly removed the ring from his finger. Not a tear was shed and at the end they even gave him a lollipop! I offered to pay and they said no charge. That’s wonderful service and a great Vermont business!

We went into After Midnight Jewelers to have 2 rings sized and a stone placed in another, we went through Edwin Rivera. He was an awesome gentleman to deal with and assured us that our rings would be very well taken care of. My husband and I are nothing but amazed and pleased with all they did for us. Definitely will be returning and recommending to everyone we know!

Every time I go into After Midnight Jewelers I get Terrific Service! They are always courteous and helpful. They deliver great customer service and fabulous work on even the smallest jewelry repair. We went to After midnight Jewelers after being referred to by a friend for our wedding bands. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted! Collette heard what I said and immediately picked out the band as if it had been designed just for me. When it was my fiancés turn he didn’t quite know what he wanted but Collette helped him work through his options and pick the perfect ring! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
